aacha discount deta hai
kai items pe aacha discount deta hai like 10% or kabhi kabhi 15%
lekin iske pass non common medicine nahi hoti hai
still u can try and visit store and maybe they will help u in getting the medicine like they can let you know that it's not available right now, but you'll get it tomorrow or the day after.
